What could be better than a Book Swap and Wine (or non-alcoholic Beverage) in an attractive setting inside a Wine and Cheese Marketplace?
The Wine Pavilion is located on El Toro Rd. and Swartz in a recently renovated shopping center that is home to Arthur Murray Dance Studios, and Sonshine Christian Bookstore.
It is 3 storefronts long, with a cozy place at the end of the market and deli for having a group. Bring your books to swap, order a panini or other European sandwich and a glass of wine or other beverage.
One of our members, Sue Lessard, suggested listing the books so we have an idea going in who and what we want to swap with, so make sure to list some or all in the comments on the Event page! I may also have some books to giveaway!
Sure to be a good time! I hope to see you there.
I have "Eat, Pray, Love"...if anyone is interested.
Does anyone have "Brave New World" I'd like to read it again! The Stand, The Jungle or any Classics, that they wouldn't mind swapping? Let me know what you want in return!! Or I might trade several books for a desired classic. (Want the trade to be even)
Eat Pray Love is AWESOME!! Elizabeth Gilbert is so charming, this will take you on an enlightening rollercoaster : )
I actually have been exchanging books online! so i really don't have any to swap besides a book called Ishmael.
Hi, Everyone! I am also going to bring The Devil Wears Prada along with the other book I mentioned in my reply, and I'm going to see if I have anything else to bring. Unfortunately, with the move, I believe I just got rid of a bunch of already-read books! Too bad! See you all soon!
I have a couple of Jodi Picoult, "The Pact" and "The Tenth Circle". I also have som Greg Iles
